A co-fermentation of Syrah & Viognier (2%), from one of Santa Barbara’s most respected vineyards, White Hawk. This wine presents itself with overt complexity and boundless fruit aromatics and flavors. Look for the Viognier/peach compote, alongside flavors of ripe blueberry and blackberry, white pepper and hot cinnamon, tobacco and deep toasty oak. With a long, densely tannic finish.
