2021 Rosé 

Made primarily with whole cluster pressed  Nebbiolo from Rancho Sisquoc. We decided on Nebbiolo due to it’s lighter color but we also got some of the highest natural acid levels we have ever experienced. Blended with the fruit forwardness and minerality of Luna Matta Grenache and the complexity and elegance of Riverbench’s Pinot Meunier. Light, refreshing with zingy, bright acidity and popping with strawberry notes. The perfect summer Rosé.

Nose: flint, wet clay, rose petal, honeysuckle 

Mouth: refreshing with zingy acidity, strawberry compote, a hint of rainier cherry.
