A blend of the Southern Rhone’s Grenache Blanc, which retains freshness and acidity and the Northern Rhone’s Viognier, which develops intense floral perfume and stone fruit flavors, yields a wine of extreme organoleptic overload and pleasure. ((This vintage actually includes a small amount of Semillon which helped balance out the mouthfeel and freshen up the Viognier’s opulence))

Date Tasted: April, 2021
Nose: Peach, vanillin, cookie dough, Golden Delicious apple, melon, flint.
Mouth: Crisp juicy acid, viscous, phenolic, esters, banana, apple juice, flint, orange blossom, loads of tropical fruit, with a warm toasted brioche and honey finish.
Additional Notes:
- Best enjoyed slightly chilled
- Drink now through 2022
