Our super popular Gruner returns, this year fermented partially in a Stockinger barrel (a highly regarded Austrian barrel producer) resulting in a wine with low alcohol yet rich and vibrant.

Date Tasted: April, 2021

Nose: Floral and earthy,  ripe apple, subtle white pepper, underipe bosc pear. Stockinger barrel  impact, slightly honeyed, watermelon candy, cucumber

Mouth: light, intense acid, roundness, slightly phenolic, Granny Smith, Excellent wine

Additional Notes: 

• Best enjoyed slightly chilled
• Drink now through 2022
