Happy Canyon’s signature Bordelaise characteristics shine in this blend due to Tommy Town’s highly sought after Cabernet Sauvignon, known for it’s vibrant red plum and cassis, scorched earth and tobacco notes. Frogtown’s Cabernet Sauvignon showcases Paso Robles’s intense black cherry dark fruit, opulence and structure and Haar Family’s Petit Verdot adds vibrancy, red fruit and minerality. Aged in 30% new French oak barrels adding freshness, tannin and delicious toast notes
