One of Iberia’s most popular white wine grapes, Albarino tends to produce aromatic, fruit driven wines with great acidity. Our first varietal Albarino is no exception. Picked in November at the end of the harvest season, it still managed to have excellent natural acidity and balanced sugar and russeting. We whole cluster pressed and stainless steel fermented it and halted malolactic to achieve freshness. The fruit and mouthfeel are unhindered by oak. Great from slightly chilled to refrigerated temps. This is a summertime white wine with great versatility.

Mouth: balanced, light yet rich, nectarine, pear, mango, lemongrass, spicy terpenes
