2019 Orange Wine:
Varietals: 60% Semillon/40% Albarino
Vineyard: Santa Ynez Vineyard
Region: Happy Canyon AVA, Santa Barbara, CA
Bottle Size: 750ml
A co-ferment of fully destemmed Semillon and Albarino, fermented on its skins and punched down daily. Aged on its lees in neutral French barrels for a few months before being bottled unfiltered. An amazing display of ripe stone fruit and floral honey notes along with great acidity and firm tannic structure. The wine is unfiltered.

Nose: Floral, exotic apricot, beeswax, dried tangerine
Mouth: Starts round but tannic. Like peach skin. Lemon curd, apple cider, black tea notes. Acid rises quickly and lingers. Fascinating wine.

- Enjoy with any dish that can handle the tannin. Great on it’s own too.
