Color: Brick red

Nose: Old World, tart cranberry and pomegranate and blood orange rind, floral notes, apple, rosehip, tobacco

Mouth: juicy red fruit acidity, tomato, mouthwatering with epic minerality and tannin, leather, complex and engaging finish

Decant for: An hour of decanting will allow this wine to open up nicely.

Pair with: Best enjoyed with rack of lamb, braised dishes, risotto with truffle/fungi  and fatty king salmon.
