Our top of line 100% Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the slopes of Mt. Saint Helena in Knights Valley, the easternmost AVA in Sonoma California. Bordering Napa Valley’s Calistoga and Diamond Mountain District AVAs, the terrain is remote, rugged, with volcanic soil, lending to a very limited crop of concentrated, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine showcases Sonoma’s expressive capsicum notes in a ripe and opulent Napa Valley styled framework.

Nose: Scorched earth, tobacco, cola, leather, menthol, blackcurrant,ripe red pepper, tomato leaf, and caramel toasty oak.

Decant for: 1-2 hours
