Varietals: Grenache, Nebbiolo, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Vineyards: Luna Matta, Rolph, El Pomar, Happy Canyon Vineyard
Regions: Adelaida and El Pomar districts in Paso Robles and Happy Canyon AVA, Santa Barbara County

Grenache continues to play a central role in our rosé blend, contributing it’s exuberant red fruit profile. Nebbiolo has great light salmon color and more red fruit, Graciano juice is very light and refreshing and the Cabernet and Merlot lent great aromatics to this blend. The rosé is simultaneously thick with glycerol richness yet refreshing and light on its feet.

Nose: Oceanic, plum, strawberry, Anjou pear, menthol
Mouth: Insane acid, very viscous sweetness, tart Envy apple, Bordelaise flint, red fruit.
Additional Notes:
- Drink this rosé chilled slightly below cellar temp or nice and cold for a hot summer refreshment
- Pair with fruit, salad, seafood
