Paso Robles is one of the grand cru regions of California’s signature grape: Zinfandel. 2016 Zinfandel is a blend of head trained vine Zinfandel from Whalerock and 40 year old vine fruit at Rotta in the Willow Creek District. The Whalerock always shows great color and dark fruit flavors and Zinfandel’s brambly spice and the Rotta has beautiful red fruit and insane acidity.
